Hops Are Half the Name.
Halloween tastes better at the brewery.
Hops & Hounds is taking over Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company, a local brewery built around craft beer, community, and bringing people together. We couldn't ask for a better home for an afternoon dedicated to dogs, Halloween, and the people who love both.
Throughout the event, Ivanhoe will be doing what they do best, keeping the taps flowing while we fill the brewery with costumes, contests, rescue dogs, trivia, local businesses, and plenty of Halloween mischief.
We're also working with the Ivanhoe team on a special Hops & Hounds beer flight created for the event. The final lineup is still brewing, so we'll reveal those details as October 31 gets closer.
Come for the hounds. Stay for the hops.

Halloween with a Purpose
Hops & Hounds is presented by Wild Heart Haven, where our work begins with dogs facing euthanasia and extends toward something much bigger, a future sanctuary built to give dogs the time, space, enrichment, and individualized care they deserve.
Every person who attends, participates, shares our work, or supports Hops & Hounds helps introduce another part of our community to that mission. So while October 31 is absolutely about costumes, cold beer, dogs, and having a great afternoon together, it's also about building a community capable of changing what comes next for dogs who need one.
Have fun. Meet the dogs. Become part of something bigger.
